About Me

Life isn’t always easy, but it is in those challenges where people are able to seize opportunities and shine.

This is the story of me: Jonah Beeson.

I was born with a number of genetic and physical ailment: including cystic fibrosis and mitochondrial disease, which impairs the brain, nerves, muscles and affects almost every part of my body. These debilitating and life-altering diseases are tough on my body, but I found healing and strength in exercise.

Through strategic and science-based physical activity, I have been able to live a full and healthy life. That is not to say that I do not have bad days, but exercise has helped bring fortitude and a quality of life that had not existed before. I use my own physical limitations to understand others and turn pain into power. I am a personal trainer, certified by the ISSA (International Sports Sciences Association) which enables me to take knowledge about my anatomy, physiology, and the biological mechanics of exercise to help my clients practice the best exercises for their needs.

I am a warrior. I fight for my life every day and help others become the warriors they need to be in their own lifes. People of all shapes, sizes, and abilities can find strength in my workouts. Beyond my ability to motivate others to succeed, I’m also caring and considerate, and I believe that everyone can do anything.

“It’s been years since I’ve found the self-love to work out, and Jonah has awoken a spirit inside of me that has been asleep for a long time. If you find anyone that is passionate in what they believe in, hold on to those people. As I enter my self-love journey, I have come to realize that Jonah can be a game changer. And I’m here for it”
