Whatever the date is of the month, is how many repetitions of pull-ups you perform. Example; The 1st day of the month is 1 Rep, the 2nd day of the month is rep 2, the 3rd is 3 reps, etc...

Stay consistent 🙌 contact a coach for accountability ☝️ or simply use your alarm on your phone or watch, and remember it's a challenge for you so have fun with it.
